CRM & API for Actualize Admissions Officers
I am part of a small team that built an API to consume lead data from a marketing website. When visitors to the marketing website fill out a form to gain access to video tutorials or to download an ebook or a PDF of our curriculum, their name, email address, and phone number are sent to the API. The API also consumes lead data from Facebook Lead Ads and sends an API request to update our Drip.co mailing list.
The CRM uses an algorithm to determine which lead an admissions officer should call next, allowing the team to focus on contacting the warmest leads. Admissions officers can easily call or text leads from the browser via Twilio, schedule interviews, and update lead information.
